2. On our Summer Placement Programme: Every year, we invite up to 30 Summer Placement students to join us between June and August for our 12 week programme. During these 12 weeks, you will gain on-site experience and assume responsibility for tasks on one of our many complex infrastructure projects. Your performance will be assessed by your placement manager and presents the opportunity to undertake another Summer Placement the following year or to join the Graduate Programme. 3. On our Graduate Programme: Each year, we recruit up to 30 Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Health & Safety and Environmental Graduates with our annual intake starting as early as May. Ferrovial Agroman offers graduates a 2-3 year development programme, chartership, real career progression as well as the opportunity to work on large and complex infrastructure projects. From the outset you will be closely involved with project delivery, management of contractors and key stakeholders, as well as representing Ferrovial Agroman at client level. You will also have the opportunity to progress and be promoted during the Graduate Programme.
