All business areas conduct regular surveys of client and user expectations and satisfaction. The analysis of the results obtained enables us to assess the company’s performance in order to establish continuous improvement actions. Leadership is promoted throughout the organisation, at all levels. Our approach is to make everyone responsible for quality across our projects, and to have a robust engagement programme for all engineers and our supply chain.

Root cause Analysis

We apply root cause analysis across the business so that we can properly define any issues in terms of what, when and where they occur as well as the extent of the matter. Before finalising solutions, root cause analysis requires employees to agree on outcomes. Our systems share the issue and the solution with the rest of the company, and ensure that the proposal does not cause any new complications.
